What to include
A material recommendation is only as good as the brief. Five lines is usually enough:
- 01What the part does, and what pushes on it
- 02The temperature it lives at — including inside a car or an enclosure
- 03Whether it must bend, seal, or stay rigid
- 04Your printer, hot end temperature limit, and whether it is enclosed
- 05A photo of the failure, if there was one
- 06Quantity and deadline, if you need a quote
We answer material questions whether or not you buy the spool from us.
