Engineered material systems / 2026

MAKE
REAL.

Filament, resin and engineering grades for 3D printing — with the print settings, the drying schedule and the batch published before you buy. Every spool ships with a Material Passport.

Zero → path → real. Printing in progress.

03 / The passport

The material has to prove itself.

A Material Passport ships with every spool and appears on every product page: the settings we validated, the drying schedule, the batch. It is the difference between a claim and a record.

On the spool
Nozzle, bed, chamber, drying schedule and batch number — printed on the label, not buried in a PDF.
Per family, not per colour
Specifications are published for the polymer grade. A pigment change never quietly rewrites a data sheet.
Before you buy
The full passport is on the product page. You should not have to open a box to find out how to print what is in it.
Written by the people who ran it
Every range comes from a print trial in the Lab, with the failures noted next to the settings.

04 / Structure

One name across three ways of making.

ZORVA sells material. The Lab proves it. Studio and Makers build with it in public.

Material systems

ZORVA

Filament, resin and engineering grades, each shipping with the settings we validated and the batch it came from.

Experiment & proof

ZORVA LAB

Where settings are tested and written down. The Lab publishes what failed as readily as what worked, because a range you can trust is worth more than a number you cannot.

Community & projects

ZORVA STUDIO / MAKERS

Studio builds parts for clients on the same materials we sell. Makers is where the community's work gets credited and shared.

05 / Field notes

What we learned, written down.

Settings, comparisons and failures from the Lab and from Studio jobs. No launch announcements.

06 / Manifesto

Nothing real begins as real. So test it, break it, refine it.
